As of early July, Hungary has taken over the rotating presidency of the European Union from Belgium. We will examine the green priorities set by our country and the challenges it may face during the upcoming presidency.
With the beginning of January, Spain handed over the rotating presidency of the European Union to Belgium. It is now time to assess the main achievements of the previous presidency, examine the priorities set by Belgium, and look ahead to the expected challenges of the upcoming Hungarian presidency.
As 2023 is ending, it is time to look back at our achievements of the year. In 2023 we were also working hard to address climate change and other urgent green policy issues in a balanced, honest and non-partisan manner, based on scientifically sound information.
