The Green Policy Center plans to produce and publish a series of studies from Autumn 2020 with a view to foster a comprehensive dialogue on sustainability and climate change. The aim of the series of studies is to provide analyses that examine the connections between Christian-conservative philosophy, values, environmental and climate protection in order to achieve Hungary’s medium- and long-term national targets, such as the 2050 climate neutrality goal. Green Policy Center participates in the non-governmental consultation initiated by the National Bank of Hungary on the possibilities of green economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic
At the end of March 2020, the National Bank of Hungary initiated a consultation with environmental experts, non-governmental organizations and institutes on the environmentally sustainable restart of the economy following the COVID-19 pandemic.
